Outside of work, Jamie is a family man, married with two energetic boys, and enjoys taking on the challenge of property refurbishments

Brendan Kelly, Partner

Brendan is a former Corporate Banking Director with over 40 years of experience delivering tailored solutions to Corporate Clients and SMEs. His expertise lies in providing timely Management Information and accurate reporting, which are essential for the smooth operation of any business.

Brendan places great value on integrity and maintaining strong relationships. Through his extensive and trusted network, he excels at connecting the right people at the right time to achieve optimal results.

Outside of work, Brendan is married and a proud father of three daughters, who keep him busy when he’s not cheering on Coventry City FC or attending concerts.

Simon Tippet, Change Managenment

Simon is a seasoned change professional with over 25 years of experience in senior strategic roles across a range of sectors, including automotive, aerospace, offshore oil and gas, and financial services. He has a proven track record of turning commercial ambitions into practical realities by helping companies plan and execute growth-driven projects. Simon’s extensive expertise includes project cost estimation and ensuring successful, on-plan delivery.

In his personal life, Simon is passionate about sports. He is an Ultra Marathon runner, Ironman competitor, and most recently, a Hyrox athlete. Additionally, he is an active entrepreneur, having launched a coffee roasting company with his 17-year-old son. Simon also has a daughter studying quantum physics at university, though he admits he has given up trying to help with her homework.
